Our Cabernet Franc and Syrah sourced from the Adelaide Hills, hand-picked by our friends and family and immediately pressed by a small, hand-operated basket press. Fermented in seasoned french oak, to build texture and complexity. This blend marries the youthful vigour of Cabernet Franc vines, defined by crisp and herbaceous notes, with the fruit-forward mouthfeel and bold fruits of Syrah Rose. Aged in old French oak for six months, the result is a harmonious combination of freshness and depth.
Our Rose Blend is bright and juicy, captivating with a pale salmon hue in the glass. A crisp acidity harmonises with a textured mouthfeel, offering a refreshing and well-balanced experience. Crisp and fresh, but holds on to the texture & structure that inspired us to produce it.
