Lavender — Blue fruits — Seasoned French Oak

Our cool-climate Syrah was Hand-picked from Gumeracha in the Adelaide Hills and processed into a small single ferment. The juice was left on Skins for 14 days, to develop the blue fruits and fine tannins that define this wine. After being gently pressed by a small, hand-operated basket press, the wine was matured in a single 2nd use french puncheon until it was bottled in February this year.
Classic to the Syrah style, our medium-bodied wine is driven by Savoury spices and subtle fruit, which is refined by delicate, floral aromatics and fine tannins.
Drinking beautifully now but will develop gracefully through the decade.
